Justin co-founded BrioHealth Solutions in 2023, where he serves as COO and SVP of R&D. He leads global operations, manufacturing, quality, and R&D as the company pioneers next-generation technologies for patients, clinicians, and families affected by advanced heart failure.

Before BrioHealth, Justin held senior leadership roles at Smith & Nephew, including Vice President of Sports Medicine and Advanced Healing Platforms, where he led platform innovation in orthopedics. He also worked at Abbott and St. Jude Medical, where he oversaw R&D for mechanical circulatory support systems. Earlier in his career, Justin was a key contributor at Rhythmia Medical, leading catheter development from early-stage concepts through acquisition by Boston Scientific.

Justin’s expertise spans over two decades of leadership in the medical device industry, focused on driving innovation and product development for complex medical technologies.
